Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

Inquiries or hotel reservations and Tour Services must be confirmed through Join Luxury Group Worldwide, the maximum information is required to handle your reservation efficiently. Please advise exact:

Arrival/departure dates and flights details, Hotel, number/type of rooms and meals required, Guide requirements, Names of clients in full with gender (Mr/Mrs/Miss, etc)

All reservation requests will be confirmed by e-mail, all Online Bookings Confirmed on Join Luxury Group Worldwide System B2B System are Guaranteed.

ON REQUEST BOOKINGS REPLY FROM Join Luxury Group Worldwide

All bookings requested will be replied by email within 24 hours/ working days. If you do not receive any reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request as the message could have been gabled or lost in transmission. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

PAYMENT:

Full payment must be received 7 days prior penalty of the booking. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the cancellation of all reservations without prior notice. If required, a proforma invoice can be sent together with the confirmation. However, Join Luxury Group Worldwide can offer a limited credit facility equivalent to the amount of a bank guarantee or a deposit payment. Payment can be made via credit card or wired transfer to our Respective Bank Accounts as per Contract.

Note:

1) Foreign and personal cheques are strictly not accepted

2) Bank drafts are accepted provided they are drawn on a clearing bank. Otherwise, any bank charges incurred are chargeable.

PAYMENT DISPUTE

In the event of any dispute over invoices, the total sum claimed by Join Luxury Group Worldwide shall be paid first. After the reconciliation between both parties, Join Luxury Group Worldwide will then issue a Credit Note or a supplementary invoice to effect the adjustments.

REFUNDS

After the commencement of tours, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program that are not utilized.

VOUCHER NUMBER

Kindly advise the voucher number for all arrangements required to Join Luxury Group Worldwide upon confirmation. A copy of your itinerary should be accompanied by your voucher number and these items must be received by Join Luxury Group Worldwide at least 07 days before the arrival of your clients. Should your voucher number stipulate services other than originally required, we reserve the right to collect the cost of such services directly from the clients unless we receive the full payment for such additional services before they are provided.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Hotels, carriers, and other suppliers related to the travel services required may charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If any charges are levied by them, these charges will be billed to you through Join Luxury Group Worldwide.

We must be notified in writing of any cancellation by email. A notice is only considered to have been served provided that an acknowledgment and acceptance by Join Luxury Group Worldwide is obtained. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt nor acceptance of the cancellation notice.

Terms & Conditions are subject to Change According to the Hotel Policy.

DISCREPANCY / COMPLAINTS

Any dispute case or client’s complaint must reach Join Luxury Group Worldwide within 30 days upon the return of clients to their home country. Or else, we will not entertain the complaint case as we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint or dispute.
